Delivery is made to the Mainland UK only at present and is for a fixed fee. Delivery may be made via courier or directly by ourselves depending on the location.
You may request shipping abroad as FOB and once delivered at the port the door becomes your responsibility.
Damage in Transit
You must inspect the door on delivery, if there has been damage in transit take photographs and send them to the email address on the invoice so we can send replacements as required.
Lead Times
Lead times depend on how busy the factory is but it is rarely longer than 2-3 weeks from point of order.
Fitting Times
If you have requested fitting of the door we will bring the door to site and install it on the same day under normal circumstances. During busier periods and in the winter months when there are daylight restrictions, it may be necessary to deliver the door and then fit it the following day. Fittings are normally booked on either a Morning or Afternoon Appointment only. So between 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 5pm.
